We are in a period of unprecedented change, so we want to reassure you about the measures underway to keep our clients, advisers, strategic partners and colleagues safe and well, together with the communities in which we operate.
With the situation surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak rapidly evolving, we wanted to reassure our clients that we are currently operating as usual but reviewing developments as they arise, making sure that we are prepared for all scenarios.
Our priority is maintaining the health and safety of our team, whilst ensuring we can continue to provide you with the same levels of high-quality service you have come to expect, no matter how we are forced to operate.
We will continue to update you over the coming weeks should there be any significant changes to our operational processes, but in the meantime we would ask that wherever possible, you forward correspondence to us electronically to avoid any potential delays that may arise as a result of any escalation in the Government’s policies in regards to restricted social interaction.
Due to the current closure of businesses we are unable to post our Spring newsletter but we will e-mail it to as many clients as possible and there is also a copy under the heading newsletter on our website.
